1. General
Heavens Cakes operates as a local bakery and online cake delivery service in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products
All our cakes are 100% eggless, pure vegetarian, FSSAI certified, and prepared under hygienic conditions. Product images shown on the website are for representation purposes only; the actual product may vary slightly in design or appearance due to manual preparation.

3. Orders
Orders must be placed within the given cutoff times for same-day or next-day delivery. Midnight delivery, fixed-time delivery, and delivery on Sundays/public holidays may be available at an additional cost.

4. Delivery
We deliver only within Raipur city limits. Accurate delivery information (address, phone number, etc.) must be provided at the time of order. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays or non-delivery, for which Heavens Cakes will not be responsible.

5. Payment
We accept online payments through secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available. Orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. In case of any issue with product quality or delivery, customers may raise a grievance through the Customer Grievance channel provided on our website.

7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure that the recipient is available at the given delivery address and time. If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may attempt delivery with neighbors, security guards, or at an alternate suggested location. Once delivered, Heavens Cakes is not responsible for product storage or condition.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs on the Heavens Cakes website are the property of Heavens Cakes and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
Heavens Cakes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
