Customer Grievance – Heaven's Fresh Bake Raipur
At Heaven's Fresh Bake, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we put in our best efforts to deliver fresh, hygienic, and high-quality cakes on time, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. To address such concerns, we have a simple and transparent grievance redressal process.
How to Raise a Complaint:
1. Customers can reach out to us via phone or email with their order details.
2. Complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery for any product-related issues such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Visible damage during delivery
- Non-delivery of the order
3. Supporting photographs of the cake and packaging must be provided (if applicable).
Resolution Timeline:
- All grievances will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
- We aim to resolve complaints within 3–5 business days from the date of receipt.
- Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and at the sole discretion of Heaven’s Cakes.
