Cancellation & Refund Policy

 1. Since all cakes are freshly baked to order and perishable in nature, no cancellations or refunds are possible once the order is placed.
2. Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please check all details carefully before placing your order.
3. No refunds will be issued for delivered or dispatched orders.
4. Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:
- Wrong product delivered (different flavor/size from order)
- Visible damage to the cake upon delivery
- Non-delivery due to our fault
5. In such cases, complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with supporting photographs of the cake and packaging.
6. All decisions regarding refunds or replacements will be at the sole discretion of Heaven’s Cakes Raipur.
7. No cash refunds will be given. Any approved refund will be issued only through the same payment method used at the time of order, within 5-7 working days.
